•  Reposition, Re-Invent and add Relevance to a company, based on Customer needs and competitive offerings.  Once focused we will help instill management and corporate goals through all levels of the organization, and inuring success by establishing management and financial tools for communication, accountability, and tracking achievement.

  Lead business teams in successful ERP implementations, and intervene in failed or floundering ERP implementations when necessary.

Reinforce Senior Managers’ Skills and Bandwidth as mentor, coach, and counsel.  On occasion, INVIGOREN has backfilled key positions on an interim basis.
