About Mark

Mark Shepherd brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, operations, and sales channel and product strategy. Having served as a CFO, COO, CRO, and CEO, and consultant for public and private companies in manufacturing/distribution, consumer products, retail and ecommerce, and turnaround and growth companies.  He has extensive experience in restructuring and recapitalizing distressed situations and finding innovative solutions to revitalize and move companies forward. Mark has a broad range of business experience which uniquely qualified him to act quickly and strategically in situations requiring expedient solutions.

Mark has been tempered through diverse experiences in Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Products, Food Retail, and Ecommerce with organizations that have been in Distressed Situations and Growth Situation which have required either Recapitalization or Refinance activities.

In his prior roles Mark has implemented operational efficiencies while maintaining and growing revenue. His financial and operating background offers a unique perspective and the ability to create management reporting to track and validate progress. His experience is International in scope having been responsible for employees and manufacturing throughout Asia.
